Sarah's Toy

Posted by Eric Osborn on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, In : Baby News
I'm receiving the inclination that I am no more than a large voice activated toy for Sarah.
 Heres the proof:
Once I start studying Sarah requires attention.
If I stop making noise, she makes noise.
Any type of movement or noise I make can entertain Sarah to no end.
I respond to Sarah as if I have I'm programmed to.
After everything that she has; stuffed animals, noisy toys, ect... I seem to be her favorite play thing.  More like she likes to watch me dance and sing for her amusement. ...

Sarah received her four month shots last Friday.  All went well, she doesn't mind the shots really. Yesterday she woke-up, after sleeping for 13 hours straight, ate and then went back to sleep for an hour.  When I came home from school she was asleep again, but woke up soon there after and we had a growling contest.  She growled at me then I growled back, then she started the process over again.  It was extremely funny.  We've carried on little conversations with her, where she speaks in baby...

2 Month Shots

Posted by Eric Osborn on Saturday, August 14, 2010, In : Baby News
Sarah had her immunizations yesterday.  The first was oral and the next three went in to her legs.  She didn't mind the first injection but, the other two she didn't like at all.  She cried for about 3-4 minutes then fell asleep.  She was also weighed, she is now 12' 10".  We then went on a walk around a wildlife preserve because Lynette and myself need to get out more.  Today We are going to walk around the Norton Art Gardens again.  Lynette starts back to work on Tuesday and we start back t...

Today at 9:49 (ish) AM Sarah was born.  Everyone is doing fine, and Lynette and Sarah are being cleaned up and will be back in the room soon.  Sarah was 8 pounds and 9 ounces.  She has a full head of brown hair and blue eyes (currently, probably will turn brown later).

The pictures are large, because I'm not going to spent the time to resize them.

4D Images of Sarah

Posted by Eric Osborn on Sunday, April 11, 2010, In : Baby News
These are the most recent ultrasound images of Sarah and a couple 4D images.  The 4D are not the best because right now Sarah is breech and it was hard to acquire a decent image of her face.  There is also an image of her leg.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               ...

Posted by Eric Osborn on Thursday, January 28, 2010, In : Baby News
Today we found out the gender of the little one!  We also received a lot of good photos for everyone to see.  We saw feet, vertebral column, femurs, and many other pre-ossified bones.  We arranged the baby's room in gender neutral way so the we would be set for either (if you would like a live web feed to the baby's room, so you can see the baby when ever contact me and I'll tell you how to view it).  The baby weighs 9oz right now and is doing great.  We have concluded that the baby's name is...

The newest news from the womb, our baby has appendages or as Lynette calls them, "stubs".  The most current ultra sound shows that the fetus developed a head and limbs.  The heart was beating stronger and faster so all is going well.

The Beating of Hearts

Posted by Eric Osborn on Saturday, November 14, 2009, In : Baby News
We were worried since Sunday that things might have taken a turn for the worse.  So, after a couple of doctors visits they did an ultrasound to make sure that the fetus is developing correctly.  Honestly, the first pass or two over the uterus I was thinking it was a blighted ovum, because I didn't see anything.  After the ultrasound tech moved  the device there was the fetus!  We saw the heart pumping and then she allowed us to hear the beating, It was amazing and we were so happy!
